Building Trust Through Regulatory Excellence

Richard Kennedy has over 20 years' experience in financial services, fund management, and regulatory leadership across the Middle East, Europe, and Australia.

Richard Kennedy was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2004 and is a member of The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. He has held Senior Executive Officer (SEO) roles regulated by both the DFSA (DIFC) and FSRA (ADGM), including acting as SEO of a Category 3C DFSA-licensed Fund Manager. Richard has extensive experience advising firms on DFSA licensing, authorisation, and fund management operations, drafting Regulatory Business Plans (RBPs) and Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs), and implementing governance, risk, and control frameworks. He regularly engages with regulators, auditors, legal advisers, and financial institutions, leading board-level and investor communications. In addition, he has built and led businesses in FinTech and FX, demonstrating strong commercial and strategic execution. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Russian, CISI Level 4 UK Regulation & Professional Integrity, and is licensed to advise on OTC derivatives in Australia.

LaVerne is from Vidalia, Georgia, by way of Blytheville. She has earned several State awards for community service and two International Book Awards. LaVerne founded a charitable organization called laExpose', known for its Extraordinary People Awards. She is a partner in a production company called Women of Ruth with TLC celebrity Steffanie Rivers. Dr. LaVerne is a visual and textile artist and recently launched Arede Bridal Merch on wwwAredShop.com She attended Aenon Bible College in Germany, Cuyahoga Community College, and MCCC in Blytheville, AR. Dr. LaVerne graduated from the US Career Institute as a Certified Fitness Instructor & Nutrition Specialist and completed her PhD in Philosophy at TNT Biblical Institute. She received the title of 1st Black Female from Spain to become a Night.

Wilson Sunday Joel, popularly known as "Music Magnate," is a Nigerian-born, U.S.-based self-taught multi-genre music producer, composer, audio engineer, songwriter, voice coach, and media entrepreneur. With over 20 years of global experience, he directed THE EXPERIENCE gospel concert at Tafawa Balewa Square for 9 years, hosting international artists like Donnie McClurkin, Kirk Franklin, and CeCe Winans. He has produced, written, mixed, and mastered tracks for major talents including Timi Dakolo, Sinach, Nathaniel Bassey, and Gloria Braimah, working with Universal Music Group, Sony Music, and others. His work has reached over 40 million fans worldwide. Wilson is the creative head of Doxology Music Entertainment LLC, Maryland, recognized as a "person of extraordinary ability" by the U.S. He advocates for fair music industry practices, artist development, and talent management across Africa and North America.
